Reader's Ramble

OpenDev rider Rob put in a huge epic over the Roubaix weekend. Heading out with his bunch of ColVelo Collective riding buddies from Colchester, the dozen or so guys put in a huge 266km day. With a moving time of over 10hours, we think it might be safe to say that a few cafe stops (or beers) were had on the way.

Dubbed the Ronde van Anglia, the ColVelo Collective guys put together their own unofficial and completely informal "monument" rides. Its great to see riders like Rob making the most of his riding and having events like the ColVelo Monuments to look forward to... and give him a chance to get an all day hall pass.

It might be dead flat, but the Colvelo Monuments isn't any walk in the park.
May be pan flat, but the ColVelo Monuments are no walk in the park.

Sit in or take a few turns to watch the miles tick over.
