Gosse Van Der Meer is a professional Cyclo Cross rider from The Netherlands with a top 50 UCI ranking. However, Gosse is not your normal cross rider,  he has a history of picking the more unusual races to participate in including picking up UCI wins in China last year as well as winning MTB races in Mongolia. Back in April Gosse decided to visit the UK to take part in the Dirty Reiver - a 200km Gravel Race in Northumberland. More used to 60min full gas efforts, a 200km race was a bit more than Gosse is used to... but nonetheless, he laid it all out there! As well as being sponsored by HUNT bike wheels he is supported by our friends at Bombtrack bikes and they have released a fantastic video of the event.
